The ground rules for using VoiceAI Studio

Hey there — thanks for using VoiceAI Studio! These Terms cover how you can use voicecloneai.app and our iOS and Android apps. VoiceAI Studio is built and run by CueBytes LLC. By signing up or using the platform, you're agreeing to what's laid out below. If something doesn't sit right, you're free to stop using the service at any time.

1. Who Can Use VoiceAI Studio

You need to be at least 13 years old. When you create an account — whether with your email or through Google, Apple, or Facebook — make sure the information you give us is accurate. Your account is yours alone. Keep your password safe and don't share your login with anyone. If something weird happens with your account, let us know right away.

2. What We Offer

VoiceAI Studio lets you clone voices from short audio clips (as little as 30 seconds), turn text into speech across 50+ languages, pick from a library of 50+ pre-built AI voices, and tweak things like speed, pitch, and emotion. You can export your audio as MP3, WAV, or M4A, manage voice templates, and everything stays synced between the web app and your phone.

3. Plans & Pricing

We have four tiers, each designed for different needs:

Guest — A quick taste. You get 30 seconds of generation per month with one voice. Output is watermarked and capped at 30-second previews.

Free — Sign up and get 5 minutes per month with 3 voices. Output carries a watermark, but it's enough to try things out properly.

Pro ($10/month) — For creators who mean business. 60 minutes per month, 10+ voices, the ability to clone up to 3 custom voices, and no watermark on your audio.

Business ($19.99/month) — Unlimited generation, every voice we have, API access, white-label options, and team features. Built for companies and power users.

How Billing Works

All payments go through the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel beforehand. To cancel or change your plan, you'll need to do that through your App Store or Google Play account settings (not inside our app). Refunds follow whatever Apple or Google's policies are. Your usage limits reset each billing cycle, and if you hit your cap, you'll need to wait for renewal or upgrade. We keep the right to step in if someone's usage is impacting the platform for others.

Upgrading, Downgrading, and Canceling

Upgrades kick in right away. Downgrades take effect when your current billing period ends. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of what you've already paid for — then you drop to the Free tier (or Guest if you don't have an account). We don't offer partial refunds for unused time.

4. What You Can't Do

We built VoiceAI Studio to help people create, not cause harm. Please don't use our platform to:

5. Who Owns What

Your stuff stays yours.

Any audio samples, text, or templates you upload remain your property. You give us permission to process them so we can actually run the service — that's it. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use what you upload, especially when cloning someone else's voice.

Audio you generate is yours too.

You can use it for personal or commercial purposes. Pro and Business subscribers get clean output without watermarks. Free and Guest users will hear a watermark on their files.

Our platform is ours.

The pre-built voices, templates, AI models, designs, code, and branding all belong to VoiceAI Studio and CueBytes LLC. Don't copy, modify, or redistribute any of it without written permission. Business subscribers get limited white-label rights as part of their plan.

6. Account Suspension & Blocking

If you break these rules — or if we spot fraud, abuse, or suspicious behavior — we may block or suspend your account. Blocks can happen at the account level, by IP address, or by device, and they can be temporary or permanent depending on how serious the issue is. If you think we got it wrong, you can submit a block appeal through the support ticket system. We review appeals within 5–7 business days.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on Apple, Google, Firebase, and social login providers to make parts of the platform work. When you use those integrations, their own terms and privacy policies apply. We can't control what they do with your data on their end.

8. The "No Guarantees" Section

We work hard to keep VoiceAI Studio running smoothly, but we can't promise perfection. The service is provided "as is." AI-generated voices won't always be a perfect match — quality depends on your input audio, the language, and factors we can't always control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent the law allows.

9. Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueBytes LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption — arising from your use of VoiceAI Studio. If something does go wrong and you have a valid claim, our total liability is capped at whatever you paid us in the previous 12 months, or $100, whichever is higher.

10. Indemnification

If your use of VoiceAI Studio causes a legal issue — say, you cloned a voice without permission and someone sues — you agree to cover our costs, including legal fees. This applies to any claims that come from your content, your actions on the platform, or a violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

We take your data seriously. Our Privacy Policy spells out exactly what we collect, why, and how we protect it. It's part of this agreement, so please give it a read.

12. Closing Your Account

You can leave anytime — just cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play, and delete your account through the app or by reaching out to support. On our side, we can terminate accounts immediately if someone violates these Terms. Once an account is closed, access stops right away. We may hold onto some data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We might update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know. Continuing to use VoiceAI Studio after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Legal Stuff

These Terms are governed by US law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where legally permitted — you agree to waive participation in class actions. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. This document, together with our Privacy Policy, is the full agreement between you and VoiceAI Studio. Our not enforcing something once doesn't mean we've waived it. You can't transfer your account or these Terms to someone else; we can.
